Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hey@buffout.life before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  ▶ Any item reported after 14 days from the delivery date

  ▶ Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

  ▶ Any personal care item that has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

  ▶ Sale items or gift cards

  ▶ Custom or special-order items


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to the carrier and local authorities.
